Pregnancy with prolapse( vaginal delivery or C section )

Hi mommas! I guess i have rectocele. I feel a small ball inside my vagina every time i stained. I have constipation problem. I don’t feel it all the time. I just feel it if i push harder for poop.i met my ob/gyn. But she didn’t see anything and told me that it might be stage 1 prolapse.

Now iam pregnant with my second child. Iam just worried that if i go for vaginal delivery again will my prolapse get worse?? Share ur experience plz

Iam thinking of going for c section.
