Clearblue digital was 2-3wks yesterday, 1-2wks today 😭

Hi, I have a history of ectopics and miscarriages. I have only one fallopian tube left and lots of scarring. This was a surprise pregnancy (I have 3 children and aged 40). First positive test yesterday and also a clear blue digital saying 2-3 weeks.

I am experiencing side twinges similar to previous ectopic and no bleeding. I tested today on FRER and it is much lighter this afternoon. The digital now says 1-2 weeks. I am praying for a miracle for this little surprise and hoping someone has had similar turn out ok.
