Guys what should I do??

Okay so I’ve been planning on moving 3 1/2 hours away from my hometown, I got approved for any house that’s under my price range. And before I moved I was going to have a job to start and a good school system for all the kids so I was going to make sure I was prepared, anyway I told the father of my son like hey I am moving and since you have visitation I’ll report everything to the court and I’ll drive to drop him off and pick up so you don’t have to worry. My bd said that’s fine I don’t mind picking him up half way and then he say said he wants him twice a week and I get him twice a week but it wouldn’t work because my son will be in school. But my bd did approve of me leaving and now he’s changing his mind saying if I have my kid more than 5 days he’s fighting it in court . It’s just all over the place next minute he was okay with it and now he wants to fight it in court
