Worried I ruined my marriage

Me and my husband have always had a very strong marriage and I have never had a reason to think he was cheating. I honestly started too because of all the cheating stories I've read on here and how people say men can't live without sex. Me and my husband haven't had sex in 3 months. I believed this was because he was processing things that happened to his father. His dad was a horrible individual who abused him in anyway you can think of in his life. You think of a type of abuse, his dad lost likely did it. His dad went to prison for P3DO videos he had on his laptop and got out two years ago. Welp karma got him because he got into a horrible car accident 3 months ago and is completely paralyzed. He can't talk. He can't walk. He can't eat on his own. His mom has to take care of their dad now. My husband's feelings about everything has been over the place. Some days he's happy. Some he's crying. I have been there for him. I never thought he was cheating until I continued to see people say how men can't live without sex and if your man isn't having sex with you he's getting it somewhere else. All the cheating stories and everything just made me question things so I did something kind of crazy ... I put a camera in our bedroom to see if I could catch him and it links to my phone. He told me he was picking our son up from school because he's sick and I said okie dokie. At lunch I did see the bedroom from my phone and saw him talking to our son in the bedroom and I see our son stare into the camera confused. It was a very small hidden camera I bought. Idk how he was able to see the lense. My husband goes and looks at what my son is looking at and I stop spying and my husband tries to call me. I want to throw up. I don't want to go home. I messed up and possibly ruined my marriage!!!
