Discharge...freaking out

Sorry for the TMI, but I'm in a awful state of mind today. After dismissing brownish discharge for the last 4-5 days, i had some bloody discharge this morning. Went straight to the doc who did check and scan me thoroughly, but couldn't explain where it came from. Im 25w1d and baby looked comfortable with enough amniotic fluid and placenta in place. I have no other complaints and don't do any crazy workouts or activity (no sex,even,lol) Did you experience anything similar and received anything conclusive from your doc? Please!
