Am I pregnant?

Ive missed my period since Feb, went for an ovary ultrasound and I got a 1cmx2cm cyst. Checked for UPT in the clinic and tested Positive. 
Then went home and checked UPT for 5-6 more times to see that I’m negative. I’m single and not planning to conceive but I’m so confused, am I pregnant or not? Is it a false negative? Help me please!

Did you get a positive pregnancy test? A cyst doesnt mean pregnancy. You could have pcos

If the pregnancy tests are coming back negative, you aren’t pregnant. There are lots of reasons you can miss periods. Head to the doctor.

You would need bloodwork or another ultrasound at this time. You said your pregnancy test was positive at the clinic but did they see a sac or anything or just the cyst? If last period was February you’d be about 3 months at this time. If you’re a person that has higher hcg levels with your pregnancies (which I found out with my middle son) or are having multiples your hcg level may be too high to read on a home pregnancy test. Definitely follow up with your provider.
