Hi everyone. I’m looking for recommendations on concealable somewhat cheap phones that can be used to call family or 911 in an emergency.

My niece has a complicated home life and is currently living with her father. He seems to be an alcoholic and will sometimes have fits of rage where she doesn’t feel safe. He tends to take her phone away when he gets upset and the rest of the family can’t get a hold of her to make sure she’s okay. We’re working on changing her living situation but until then I thought giving her a cell phone that she can hide and call us in an emergency would make her feel safer. Please give me any recommendations and advice. Thank you in advance!
