Can I take this to court and be able to cut my lease or get him removed from the lease?

I know people are going to judge my situation but I had to bring it here to hear y’all thoughts. Me and my now ex been living in this same apartment same apartment since 2018, when we first moved here he had a full time job that he was fired from. From there he either had unemployment or no job or a part time job. You can say I was the one that was carrying the household. We had numerous of disagreements and numerous of times I wanted to leave but it was always something that happened for my plan to move fail. He has been unfaithful, he’s a HUGE liar and it’s about petty things sometimes for instance I asked him hey did you put water in my body wash? He says no why would I do that? Water probably got in it by accident I know what it looked liked before water was in it and it’s no possible way water just magically got in it how the lid is made. And just so you know he had never brought his own body wash always used mine and it wasn’t until we broke up that I told him he needs to start buying his own things and that’s when seen he added water to make it seem like he didn’t use it. He lied about bigger issues than that too. He can’t keep a stable job to save his life and now this particular time we have officially broken up for like 5 months now and still in the middle of our lease and I’m trying to wait until the lease is up to move properly but I can’t nomore. He’s been looking through my things trying to see if I’m talking to someone else. I found out because he was trying to get in my ipad and he had many attempts of getting in it to the point I was locked out of it. Managed to get in my phone when I was taking a shower and put a recent pic I took as his screen saver and had his phone on the bed to purpose show that He had my picture. He doesn’t even sleep in the same room as me. My car been in the shop and one of my co workers that’s a guy who literally live the closest to me like 5 minutes away agreed to take me to work sometimes he blew my phone up with text making accusations about us. He haven’t even gave me rent money in the past 5 months kept saying he doesn’t have it all he gives me maybe a 100 dollars sometimes in the two weeks or 50 dollars or none at all. Our rent is high, and we have gas and electric to pay, water bill and he barely gives me anything. I got food from the market for myself and he said so I can’t touch that food you just got I said hell no you can’t even help with the bills and now I have to feed you too? He says he’s trying to make money.. bs he has to go
