To clear things up on my last post about taking my ex to court.

Reasons for me asking could I take him to court because both our names are on the lease and he barely gives me anything to help with the bills even though he stays here still rent is well over 1300 dollars not including the water bill and he gave me 57 dollars towards it. Sometimes he will give me nothing sometimes he will give me 100 when he gets paid sometimes more. You will really have to read my last post if you haven’t the reason why I’m so frustrated with this. He doesn’t communicate if he doesn’t have nothing for anything (which he does) at all for the bills he won’t say nothing until I come to him about it. I went to my landlord already about this issue and they said if I want him out he would have to write a letter saying he no longer wants to live here which he refused to do so and I asked well can I leave they said he doesn’t make enough to live here and if I decided to leave it will still be held against me. That’s why I was asking maybe I can take it to court.
