Do you take a shower before work?

I’m a night shower-er. I always shower right when I come home from work. But idk i have a paranoia that I smell and idk if it’s an anxiety disorder or something but I’m just wondering if I should also shower in the morning before work too? I don’t sweat through the night and don’t feel dirty when I wake up but maybe it’ll help???

I always shower at night. I wake up at 6am for work and I definitely don’t want wet hair lol. I always brush my teeth some
Extra deodorant and spray and I’m out the door in the morning!

I’m a night shower-er too. Very occasionally will I take another shower in the morning. I don’t think it’s necessary, but if it makes you feel better by all means! All that matters is that you feel good :)

I’m a night shower-er too. I am up early and I never shower before work. Brush my teeth, wash my face, deodorant, lotion and perfume then out the door. I also keep a febreeze spray in my purse and my car because I like the smell of that too and will spritz before walking into work lol. I have always been worried about smells since a teen idk why probably because my parents smoked and I didn’t want to smell like it? 😅😂 but now I’m 30 and still conscious about smells lol

No it’s necessary, I do take a shower in the morning because I like to feel fresh going to work and I go to the gym sometimes but I also take shower at night because it helps me sleep. But you’re fine either way
