What is this, I’ve had a miscarriage before and it looked kinda similar but I haven’t had sex in years so can’t be a fetus. Few things to mention, I was in excruciating pain before this came out and 2 I’m on the pill but wasn’t supposed to be on my period. Should I see a doctor?
