Is it period or Pms?

On the 6th of April I didn’t actually have sex with my bf, he only rubbed his penis outside of my vagina for 10-20 seconds. Because I was scared of precum, I took a plan B 30 hours later. After 9 days I had a bleeding like a period that lasted for 5 days. On the 12th and 13th of April I had sex, but with a condom. Now I am late for my period, took a blood test (took 36 days after last period) and one urine test, both turned negative. I’ve noticed that my veins are more visible than usual, going to the nipple. Could I still get a positive test or is it just a hormonal imbalance?
