Possibly 3 under 3 and I’m only 25…

Hi,

So I only started dating my partner since the start of this year. I already have a almost 2 year old and 3 year old to another man. He has two kids himself 8 and 10.

I just found out that I’m pregnant and I’m freaking out.

I don’t know if I can do it, he’s super excited and happy about it. I’m so young, it’s already crazy with my two… I can’t imagine having 5. I don’t know what to do I don’t even want to tell anyone
