Deciding between two job offers
I got my bachelor's 5 months ago and i have been applying and now i got two job offers but i am not sure which one is better. I have not worked a full time before, only internships and volunteering. Which one is better, hourly or salary? I am planning on applying for grad school for my msw in a year so i want to save up because i don't want a loan. So both offers are in the same area, 50-55 mins of commuting. I take public transportation. They both have medical/vision/dental, paid time off/holiday/sick days. Both 403 (b) retirement. Offer 1 has employee assistance program and professional training, while offer 2 has an employee learning center and tuition assistance program. They are both full time 35 hours per week. Offer 1 is $25hr and $37hr for over time and offer 2 is 43k salary. Offer is for a foster care case planner and offer 2 is for a domestic violence advocate. Both jobs include doing home visits and meeting with families, etc. I don't know much about the difference with hourly and salary and i don't know which one i will like more because i don't have that experience. Any advice is appreciated.
