Feeling deflated

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and have just had some pink on my tissue when I went to the toilet. No one knows apart from my husband I’m pregnant so just wanted someone else to talk to. I had my daughter 2 years ago and had a very early miscarriage last august and then had an empty sac in January this year. I was absolutely over the moon when I found out I was pregnant again although really scared and now I feel like everything’s just falling apart again. I’m now 40 and feel like this really is my last chance.
