Confused on ovulating

Hello,

I have been using the ClearBlue Advanced ovulation monitor and it's my first time using it. I originally had two days of just a circle and then I got the flashing smiley face. Today is the sixth day that I got the flashing smiley face. I thought today I would likely get the peak but it is still flashing.

I remember looking at the sticks, unfortunately I didn't take photos. Two days ago, the line was darker and has already started getting lighter but I didn't get a peak result. It has continued showing high, but the fact that the line has gone lighter than the previous one makes me feel like I might not get a peak.

Does anyone have any clues?
