Looking for advice …

So my husband’s second SA is back and the results are disheartening …

Volume 7.6ml

5million per 1ml

Total count 38 million

Motility 20%

Morphology 2%

Which I think makes it 152,000 (20% of 38 million is 7.6million, 2% of that is 152,000 if that’s how it’s worked out?) good to go sperm which sounds a lot but 38 million with a good motility and morphology would make it 1.2 million good to go based on 80% motility and 4% morphology which is 10 times more!

Anyone with a similar outcome and conceived naturally?

Any suggestions on how to help this improve naturally? Thanks 🙏🏼
