Are we being insensitive to my sister

My sister was with her fiancè since they were both freshman in high school. They were engaged and a month before the wedding he died unexpectedly. He has asthma and couldn't find his inhaler. He's been gone almost a year and my sister carries around his ashes and calls him her husband even though they never got married. She always has his ashes with her and even brought them to mothers day. We all just think she needs to move on and she's being delusional and calling herself his wife when again they were never married and it's been almost a year and she needs to leave his box at home. She's in grief therapy but STILL carries this box around and both me and our mom have told her she looks like a crazy person.
