Food poisoning, will baby be ok?

Hello everyone! I was wondering if any of yall had experience with food poisoning, and if everything turned out ok? I was throwing up quite a bit and feeling extremely nauseous, and I was curious if it’s possible for the bacteria to cross over to baby and cause something tragic like miscarriage :( I looked online and see things about that being possible, but I’m not sure if that includes average food poisoning or more severe things like botulism or listeria. I’m just panicked because my OB can’t see me for over a month, and not being sure if baby is ok for that long will drive me insane.
