Pregnancy spotting/intimacy

First time being pregnant. I’m 6 weeks!! I’ve been spotting brown here and there with some white discharge. First day it was a little pink but no bright blood. OB said it’s normal. Along with the small cramping on and off (I’ve had this since I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks). They said to just take it easy. Has any else experienced this with a good outcome/happy healthy baby? I have my first appointment in 2 weeks.

Along with this has anyone had these same symptoms and continued to be intimate with their hubby/bf? Any advice is welcome!! 🩷🩵
