30 weeks fetal seizure? Please reply

Hi everyone. I’ve been feeling movements like this since 20 weeks (I’m 30 weeks now). I explained the movements to my OB who said they were normal but this is the first time I’ve caught it on camera. She moves frantically like this sometimes and it truly does feel like she’s having seizures. My OB said moms will tell her “it feels like the baby is having a seizure but they’re not” but this movement just seems very excessive and I can’t imagine a newborn moving like this outside the womb even during a startle reflex which is usually just one very fast motion rather than spasms like this. Does anyone think this could be normal or agree that it’s concerning? Thank you so much for your time and help.
