3 weeks after FET Spotting!

We had fet on 5/10 and first HCG test on 5/20 was positive at 45 - 2nd on was 2 days later at 120.5.

Had a busy Saturday for the holiday weekend — and some small amount of spotting last night on Sunday but it stopped after a couple bathroom trips and no cramping. I go tomorrow for another HCG check

Anyone else have the spotting like that? Is it kinda normal? My nurses tell me it is when your over active or even do normal things that could now be over active for our bodies with growing a baby
