Is Gas-X safe to take early pregnancy ?

Sorry this is tmi but I have been constipated for a few days and today I had very bad gas pain as if there were knots in my upper abdomen. Is it safe to try Gas-X? If anything similar please share below ⬇️

As far as I’ve learned Gas-X is safe in pregnancy. I’ve taken it a few times. Just wouldn’t take more than the recommended dose on the package. For the constipation you can take collace and also make sure to be hydrating well.

If you haven’t reached out to your doctor about knot feeling I would suggest you do. I accidentally mistaken knot feeling and thought it was gas and it wasn’t 😞. I don’t want you to be alarmed but always confirm with your doctor.
