Sister in law cut me off because of a joke… Was I wrong?

Long story short I hired my fiancés sister to be the make up artist for our wedding which is in FOUR days and she has been ignoring me for the past week…

Last week me, my fiancé, his sister and her longtime boyfriend & other friends went out for drinks and after that night I nor my fiancé has heard from them. We were having a debate on which is worse child birth or c-section and I and few others said actual child birth. Which of course she disagreed because she recently had a c-section with her first a few months ago. I explained to her during child birth you experience vaginal tears and contractions but when you have a c-section literally the whole lower half of your body is numb and you don’t feel anything, which is nothing wrong with that because i’m a c-section baby.

Jokingly, I told her she wasn’t a real woman until she actually pushes a child out and she went off on me for absolutely nothing. We literally always joke and this time she has took and taking it too far. It’s last minute and I can’t find anyone else to do make up for my wedding.

My fiancé says I should give her space but our wedding is literally 4 days away and I’ve reached out numerous of times…. she’s also my bridesmaid. We’re like sisters and we literally always joke around so for her to get upset over something so small and basically cut me off 4 days before my wedding is insane, I’m confused…. Is it really that serious… would you ignore your sister in law and brother FOUR days before her wedding over a debate/disagreement???
