Is normal to get std tests while married

Is it normal to get std tests every year if you are married?

I just think if i have to get std tests every year while married id just divorce my husband. My husband accused me of cheating on him because i had a small scab on my lip since he was out of the country. Ive never cheated on this man, he has cheated on me to the point of wanting to leave me for this person. He was recently gone for a month retreat and left me with two babies, i took care of myself and our kids. I planned activities, i got dressed very nice and went out with the kids and i always sent him pictures of the kids and i. He got very insecure and told me what i have on my lip is herpes. He asked if i cheated while he was gone. I got very offended, even thou i explained myself i didnt really talk to him for a few days. Yesterday we started talking and got into another argument, he says i need to be mature in my responses. He said if the roles were turned he would just get a std test to make me feel secure and safe. He said infact he gets std tests every year for his own safety because its a smart thing to do and that responsible people do that even thou he says he doesnt cheat. I got very offended again and confused, like why the fuck would i stay married to someone i have to keep testing std tests with?!! He says i need to grow up and make him feel secure. The cheating he did was kissing someone and getting emotionally involved. We decided to move forward, i was so heart broken but my husband did zero to make me feel secure. He actually locked his phone and in bad arguments he would tell me she was better than me. I am on my last leg, im not going to waste my time explaining something i didnt do. I literally healed my own heart by reading books, not because he helped me.
