I understand this may be a sensitive question due to people doing <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> for infertility.

I have my own babies conceived naturally and all the same gender but we would like to just add one girl to the mix. Is there any way to do <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> or <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> and sort out girl from sperm? Do you also have to take hormones if you’re fertile and just wanting a specific gender?
