Child had paint chip in mouth

My son is 20 months. We had the windows open today and at some point he discovered a paint chip/flakes in the window and had it in his mouth. I dug out all that I could out of his mouth. He didn’t get to eat any because I dug most of it out besides maybe a few tiny flakes I couldn’t get.

I’m worried because our house was built in 1920 and possibly has lead paint underneath the other layers of paint.

I saw online they’d have to ingest quite a bit for it to be a worry but I can’t help but be anxious about it. Has anyone else experienced this?
