Line progression

I started off spotting on the 31st of May. It was very light and on and off until the 4th of June. That's when it turned red and got heavier but not what I would consider heavy. Not nearly enough to even need a tampon or pad. Every since yesterday, I'm clear the entire day except for once. Literally once a day, when I wipe, there's blood. I went to the er on the 4th when it turned from pink to red and my Heg was almost at 6,000 but nothing on the transvaginal ultrasound. The tests aren't getting lighter but they aren't getting darker. The top one being the latest one taken and the bottom one being the 1st test taken and this is over 6 days. I have an appointment tomorrow to test my hcg but just wanted to know is someone’s experienced something similar and how it went.
