37.5 - 37.9 celsius in week 5 and 6 of pregnancy

Hi mamas. I'm a bit concerned, as Im keep having higher than normal temperature. I checked with my midwife, and she says that all is fine and I should take paracetamol. I also went to the doctor to check if I dont have any UTI, but I dont have any other symptoms. Additionally to that, I had some bleedings that scared the hell out of me, but fortunately ultrasound confirmed that it's not coming from the baby or my uterus, so its probably cervix. I also got a confirmation on the heartbeat. Despite that, I'm still really nervous about the temperatur. Anyone also had that/have that? Is there something that I missed and maybe I should check with the doctor?
