Period and bowel movements (TMI)

My periods have never been regular, due to PCOS so I have no idea of this is normal.

A few days before my period I am bleeding but only after a bowel movement (when I wipe). It is definitely coming from my vagina and usually mixed with cervical mucus.

It happened last month whereby I only bled during a bowel movement, and then my period started 5 days after the first instance. If there was no bowel movement, there was no blood. It ranges from light spotting to bleeding but its never been on my underwear or pad afterwards.

Today I am due my period and it has happened again, with EGCM and mixed light bleeding, I also had cramps during my bowel movement but theyre gone now.
