Unusual period

Hey everyone! I have a question. This week my period has been very unusual. Last week, I was supposed to be ovulating, I started spotting towards the end of my ovulation. Then Tuesday around 2am, I had a very bright red period, Which was a week early. Later in that day, it turned brown, which is normal as well. Yesterday, I wore a pad and did not bleed AT ALL! There was nothing on the pad and there was nothing in the toilet when I used the restroom. That was confusing. Now it’s day 3, Thursday morning and there’s only a spot of brown blood on the pad. What could this be a sign of?
