When you're haggling on Marketplace, how much would you pay for delivering 1 hour away?

Question

This girl is selling an almost new Mama Roo for $100. I said I could give her $75 but she needs to deliver. I live an hour away from her. I'm a single mom and baby's dad is not in the picture.
She said "I don't deliver". I said could you make an exception because I don't drive. She said "No". She was super abrupt so I wonder if maybe I offered too low? But like if she wanted $100 then why didn't she message me that? I know it's in her add but she didn't say price firm or anything like that.
I have no clue how much gas is but it would take me at least 4 hours round trip by bus/train and it's just not worth it to me to do that. Gas is $1.49/litre here so I have no clue what to even offer.
What would you offer?
Edit: ok look.... I'm not trying to be entitled here. I'm a single mom and have limited resources. Like I said, I don't drive. Everyone can stop being mean for two seconds. I don't know how much gas costs or what people usually pay for delivery. I offered what I can afford. Obviously I would love a Mama Roo new but I can't afford it. I'm only asking on here because you guys are usually honest with me.

You sound so entitled and rude. How do you know she can drive? She’s trying to sell something, most people don’t want to take an hr out of their day to deliver something to someone who isn’t even paying the full price of what they  are offering. If anything you offer MORE if you want to try and persuade them to deliver. & on top of that, an hr is a far drive. Especially for 75$. Even for 100$ I probably would not drive something I’m trying to get rid of, an hr away.

If I asked someone to deliver something to me, I would offer MORE than the asking price, not less. But she said she doesn’t deliver, so that’s the end of the conversation. You sound super entitled

Tip: if you're interested in an item but need it delivered, in the future just say "I'm interested but have no way of picking it up. Would you consider delivering?" Don't make an offer until you know if they deliver. Thank them for their time if they don't deliver. When you offer less than what they're asking AND say you need it delivered, it comes off as rude. I would never drive two hours to deliver an item for $25 less than asking. 
If you want them to deliver, pay full price. Haggle on the delivery free (if you must), not the price of the item. Most in-town deliveries are about $10. I would expect (at a minimum) $50 if I was doing a two hour trip. 
What's the cost of a bus ticket for you? Base your delivery fee off of that. When I was in university, the ticket was $10 one way to the town 1 hr away.

To your edit: It's common courtesy not to low-ball someone. If the item is listed for $100, it's $100. If she wanted less, she would have listed it for less. If I was in your position, I would have asked if she delivered and if so, what's her delivery fee because you're quite far. Lowballing her and then telling her she needs to deliver is rude and comes off as disrespectful.
