Am I pregnant? 🙏🤍

Hey guys! I’m starting to see some veins in my Brest and my areola’s have gotten some bumps around them and got bigger and my breasts have changed I noticed, a little bit bigger my partner had noticed too. On the 9-10 I’m pretty sure I had implantation bleeding it was light red and pink spotting and the 10th it was just pink spotting by the end of the day I had light brown that went onto the 11th and now I’m having clear but it looks like a fair brown that was wet I went to the doctors on the 7th and got a blood test and my hcg came back at a (value <2) but that was also before I had my implantation if that’s what it was, so I understand why it was low and negative, but I took a test a few days ago and I swear I seen a faint line but idk I’m scaredddd!!!!??
