I’m I miscarrying

Hey girlies. So long story short me and my husband are on our ttc journey and this is my first time in a very very long time getting my period 7 days early it’s usually later but never early and also been the most painful and heavier than usual I’m on day three the first two days was just light pink blood but today I’ve woken up in a puddle also felt a large clot come out. The clot was filled it wasn’t like a lining or clumpy it felt like it was full of blood or something. Could this be a miscarriage as it’s very similar to a miscarriage I had in the past.
