Letrozole & IUI

I’m curious to hear about people’s experience with letrozole and IUI. I had my sonogram today to confirm no cysts and will start letrozole tomorrow. We’ve been TTC for 15 months. I had HSG done back in February (both tubes were blocked) and the next cycle had a chemical pregnancy. We already have two healthy girls, so I’ve been diagnosed with spontaneous secondary infertility. We’ve decided IUI is the right route for our family. If anyone has any stories to share on their experience with this, I’d really appreciate it!
