Strange Spasms

It’s so weird. It’s been happening for 3 days now. My right neck has been twitching. Thought maybe I slept wrong. Then it was my left thigh. Now my lip. It’s been pretty consistent and I’m not sure if it’s muscle or nerve or what. It’s in the oddest places and I’m so confused. I’m sick, I’m assuming a cold idk. My head has hurt all day and I had congestion for the last few days so maybe that’s causing it? Anyone ever have this?
