Freaking out

When I went to the bathroom and wiped, I got this pink/light red discharge. I am 4 weeks 2 days and I am freaking out because this is supposed to be my rainbow baby. Should I go in? Am I over thinking? Is this normal? I have slight cramping, but it’s been normal for me since I got pregnant.
