The school isn't letting me coach debate this year and doesn't want us teacher's to have second jobs

I've been a teacher for 4 years and I can't say there's is a single year where I DIDN'T have a second or third job. My first year teaching I was the geometry teacher, debate coach, and also assistant coach for Varsity Volley ball. The other years I have just done my normal job and debate coach. The school has now let me go from that position and are just gonna hire a debate coach because they no longer want teacher's having a second job. Even outside of work. They told us in our meeting before school ended that our top priorities need to be students and to save getting another job for the summer. They don't want any of their teachers working any extra jobs. I make 38k a year and have two kids and student loan debts. I would love to only work one job but they don't pay me enough. Sorry. Just wanted to vent
