Bleeding 9 Weeks Postpartum

I had a fish of blood after breastfeeding my daughter this morning, along with the yellow discharge I’ve been having for over a month. I started cramping really bad Saturday night, then spotted a little yesterday, then this happened today. I only breastfeed 2-3 times a day but yesterday my daughter basically wanted to be on my breast allll day long… should I be worried??

I had an ultrasound done May 1st and it didn’t show any retained products.

I really don’t want to hemorrhage again (happened within 24 hours of birth).
