Subchorionic hemorrhage...is it ok?

Question

I found out at my first ultrasound that my uterus is measuring two weeks ahead but baby is measuring right in track. I have a very small subchorionic hemorrhage but my dr doesn't seem too worried. I haven't even been spotting. I'm so scared to see spotting bc I had a miscarriage last year. She said to just rest often and call when I see spotting, bc I will be going back for another scan in two weeks. Am I freaking out over nothing?

Small ones are rarely cause for concern. They either come out in the form or spotting/bleeding or they dissolve. 
In rare cases, the SCH becomes larger than the gestational sac and can cause miscarriage. 
Your doctor said it’s small and not a concern. Trust that and don’t stress. SCH are very very common and rarely concerning.

My third had a small SCH. My doctor said it wasn’t a concern and the only reason she mentioned it was because I would see it on the report. I didn’t have any bleeding and it resolved by a few weeks later.
