What is going on with my boob!

For months now my right boob has felt... off. It's kind of hard to explain but it just doesnt feel right. I'm so uncomfortable and idk how to fix this issue my right boob is slightly bigger than my left but lately no matter what I wear whether in or out of a bra it feels like its getting closer to my armpit and I feel like I'm losing my freaking mind. I have to readjusted it every couple minutes because of this but even readjustingdoesnt help the uncomfortable feeling. Im at a total loss and I need some advice because I havent slept through the night for weeks cause I just can't get comfortable.
