Incomplete miscarriage.. pictures

I was 5 weeks and some days pregnant when I started to bleed on the 6th may, it's been 46 days and I'm still bleeding... I'm under the hospital and the next steps are surgical management. I haven't been booked in yet as this week me and my family suffered from norovirus and have been very sick.

I had a bath last night though and noticed this, it looks like maybe what hadn't come away has now? And my tests are very light now, I'm going to ask the hospital tomorrow at my appointment but thought I'd see if I could get any insight on here...

Sorry for the pictures, really hoping maybe we can not have the surgery and just start trying again as soon as the bleeding stops.
