Slow rising HCG levels

My hcg went from 1600 to 3202 to 4425 my doctors said it didn’t rise as expected and scheduled me and ultrasound for tomorrow. I’m freaking out could I be having a miscarriage or could something be wrong? I’ve been spotting for 3 days now. I am 5w4d!
