Crush time

Okay after exactly 1 feedback i realized I was being hella weird. But im awkward so I should have known that my first instinct was not good (too big too deep too fast.... thats what she said lol)

Anyway. I have a work crush in another department. Background i have a phobia about his department and his office is in the last office. Almost every day he chats with me for one or two minutes. So soon this place I fear had become my favorite part of my workday because he was so nice and cute. (Thats just background)

Anyway I was hoping to wait until someone asked me out before I found a new relationship (divorced 1.5 years ago and haven't ever been asked out before in my life) but im awkward and impatient of a person.

Part of our chatting has been saying "the usual" for the weekend basically just meaning "im doing nothing but chores and being a little homebody this weekend"

I was thinking of saying something along the lines of "if you wanted to go do something different this weekend im available" or maybe "if you wanted to hang out, im also just doing 'the usual' "

I dont know I'm so awkward. Hes so attractive.

I was told by a couple people that they thought he has a crush on me too. Which I'm convinced is not the case but somehow makes me feel even more on edge with all this.

Or my tiny town does karaoke every friday. I could invite him to that?
