Am I being paranoid?

I found out I was pregnant at 8DPO I am now 12DPO and experiencing cramps. I’ve had a miscarriage before so I might just be paranoid. These cramps feel like the ones I would get right before getting my period. My period had I not been pregnant is supposed to start tomorrow. Is the cramping normal or is my period on her way? Someone pls give me opinions or if this has happened to you, how did it turn out?
