Thats your Mucus plug or Bloody show I did this with my first baby except mine was much more then this and went into labor 3days later  but since there's blood in it then id say your baby is coning within the next few days I'm currently 34wks2days today and I'm losing parts of my mucus plug but no blood in mine yet and I'm contracting but not real contractions and 1cm dilated I had both my babys early so I'm assuming the same thing with baby #3 good luck to you
