Next steps ? What do I do

I’m 6 months postpartum with twins and my partner of many years told me that he doesn’t find me attractive or crave me anymore. Not sure how to proceed

I’m 10 mpp with twins and I am so sorry he said that to you. I know personally, I would be really hurt. I would suggest couples therapy so you both could be honest with each other while figuring out why he’s feeling like that. It could be that twins are hard and maybe he just doesn’t have the drive he once did so instead of being reflective and taking ownership of that, he is pushing that on to you and expecting you to make him feel attractive to you, if that makes sense. Attractiveness doesn’t always have to be based off physical appearance. Personally, I know I don’t “crave” my husband the same way because I’m so dang tired. Twins are a whole different level.

I find that selfish and a red flag. Love is not conditional and you just had two babies. I would tell him to get some counseling and learn how to appreciate you as a whole.

That is very hurtful. I’m so very sorry he said that to you.. 
I will say.. the first year of life for our precious angels are typically the hardest year for our relationships.. as the woman and the man go thru so many emotions.. especially with ppd.. 
I know that sleep is an issue too..
Let’s face it we aren’t used to this constant responsibility. 24/7. We have only had to be responsible for ourselves. 
. And that transition can take a toll on people. Women change tremendously during the first year of life of their new angels. And most of the time men don’t know how to handle cuz they don’t get the instinct we women get.. I dunno why that is but maybe cuz we grew our babies? I have no idea. But.. I wouldn’t take it to heart atm.. emotions are very high.. and yall have twins! That’s double this whole statement!. 
As long as the work is shared things will become easier over time.. good luck mama! And congratulations! 
 I’m not sticking up for anyone here just throwing out my opinion.
