help?

any idea on why I would be spotting for 5+ days after my period has ended and it’s increasingly getting worse. I don’t really know why but I’m getting frustrated, it’s not any diseases or anything, I’ve gotten checked but it’s past the point of it being old blood and I’m debating getting back on the pill after years of being off of it. My cycle the last few months has just started getting back irregular
