I am currently pregnant with my 4th child. They're due is September and I'll be on an unpaid maternity leave. My oldest daughter who is 14 lives with her dad. She's going away to boarding school in August. While he will still be the custodial parent, she will be living AT the boarding school. With me having no income for 3 months PLUS her not being in his physical care, would I be able to get off child support?
