How to increast milk supply?

Hey Mamas…

I delivered my baby and he was premature.. he did not know how to latch both breast and bottle, therefore, they used to give him formula..

When they discharged us the Dr recommended to give him breast milk after that to give him the formula and he started hating breastfeeding.

At that time the postpartum depression hit me and I mentally I was not there and did not bother to pump or give him breastmilk.

When he became two month I started to pump and offer him breastfeeding and I tried so many products and pumping every 2-3 hours and now he is 5 months and still my supply is very low. Like if I will gather what I pumped for 1 day it won’t exceed 1 OZ and sometimes doesn’t reach 1 OZ.

Did anyone face the same problem?
